Therapy Approaches

I am trained in and practice a wide range of evidence based psychological interventions including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), schema focused therapy and compassion focused therapy (CFT).

 

I normally work integratively, meaning that I combine several therapeutic approaches in order to provide specific, individually tailored psychological interventions with the aim of helping you improve more effectively and more quickly.
